What is the difference between bio and non-bio?
Biological detergents contain enzymes that break down protein and grease stains at lower temperatures. Non-bio leaves them out, which suits sensitive skin but may need a warmer wash for stubborn stains.
How much should I use per wash?
Follow the dosing on the bottle, adjusted for load size and water hardness. Overdosing is the usual cause of residue on clothes.
Are the products septic tank safe?
Plant-based and readily biodegradable formulas generally are. Check the individual product page if you are on a septic system.
Are they suitable for sensitive skin?
