- Passiflora has traditionally been used as a remedy for uneasiness and mild low mood. It has no side effects or contraindications and can safely be taken long term.
- When mixed with other sedative herbs, Passiflora's effects are strengthened. In this remedy it is combined with the fresh young seeds of Avena sativa (Oats) to create an incredibly useful tincture.

Natural Herbal Formula
This herbal tincture combines the calming properties of Passiflora with Avena sativa (Oats) to create a comprehensive natural remedy. The antispasmodic properties of Passiflora make this tincture suitable for both emotional and physical tension relief.
Adults: 20 drops twice daily, in a little water.
Children (2-12 years): 1 drop per year of age twice daily in a little water.
Do not exceed stated recommended daily dose.
Avoid during pregnancy or if breastfeeding.
