Sweet Fennel Essential Oil - Premium Aromatherapy Grade

This pure Sweet Fennel essential oil presents as a pale yellow oil with a distinctive sweet, aniseed odour. Carefully distilled from premium seeds selected from several East European countries, this therapeutic-grade oil should not be confused with Bitter Fennel, which is unsuitable for aromatherapy applications.

Beyond aromatherapy, Sweet Fennel oil serves as a key flavoring component in aniseed-type liquors, particularly throughout France, demonstrating its exceptional quality and purity.

Aromatherapy Applications & Massage Blends

Sweet Fennel essential oil has been traditionally valued for digestive wellness, much like fennel tea which has long been used to reduce bloating and improve digestion. Create an effective massage blend using: 2 drops of Sweet Fennel, 1 drop of Bergamot and 1 drop of Lavender blended in 10ml of Sweet Almond carrier oil.

Bath & Body Care

For post-workout recovery or to improve the appearance of cellulite, try soaking in a warm bath containing 1 drop of Sweet Fennel, 1 drop of Cypress and 3 drops of Patchouli, all properly diluted in a teaspoon of Peach Kernel oil.
