Higher Nature built this around phosphatidyl serine and choline, with amino acids and B vitamins alongside, rather than selling each separately.

Two units supply 30mg of phosphatidyl serine, 260mg of choline, 200mg of arginine pyroglutamate, 100mg of acetyl-l-carnitine, 200mg of pantothenic acid, 20mg of niacin, 20 micrograms of vitamin B12 and 100 micrograms of folic acid. Pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance, and niacin, folate and vitamin B12 all contribute to normal psychological function.

The pantothenic acid level is the striking one at 200mg, far above what a general multivitamin provides.

Higher Nature's directions are two daily, once or twice a day, taken at least thirty minutes before meals. Children of eight and over take one a day.

Taking it away from food is part of the instruction, because the amino acids compete with dietary protein for absorption.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet.

Adults take 2 capsules once or twice a day (children 8 years and over, 1 capsule a day) at least 30 minutes before meals. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
