Natural Health Practice Advanced Pregnancy Support (formerly Ante Natal Support) is a vitamin and mineral formula for pregnancy. Two capsules provide B vitamins, 150mg vitamin C, vitamin E, choline, calcium, magnesium, zinc and folic acid as methylfolate, among other nutrients.

Take one capsule twice a day with food. The NHS recommends 400ยตg of folic acid a day until the twelfth week of pregnancy and 10ยตg of vitamin D a day throughout. Speak to your midwife or GP before taking any supplement in pregnancy. Every Natural Health Practice formula carries nutritionist Dr Marilyn Glenville's seal of approval, in vegan capsules free from fillers, artificial sweeteners, colours and preservatives.
