Apple Cider Vinegar 60 Gummies

Apple cider vinegar in gummy form, which exists for one obvious reason: the liquid is unpleasant to drink.

Each gummy contains apple cider vinegar with vitamin C as L-ascorbic acid and vitamin B6 as pyridoxine hydrochloride, in a base of sucrose, glucose syrup, water and fruit juice concentrate, set with pectin.

Pectin rather than gelatin means they suit vegetarians.

Chewy Vites' directions are two a day, ideally with a meal, so this tub is a month.

Be clear on the trade-off before buying. A gummy contains far less vinegar than a tablespoon of the liquid, and it comes with sugar. What you gain is that you will actually take it, which is worth more than a stronger product left in the cupboard.

They contain sugar. Vinegar is acidic, so rinse your mouth with water afterwards rather than brushing straight away, which can scratch softened enamel.
