Ausha Organic Haritaki Powder is made from the dried fruit of the haritaki tree, Terminalia chebula, finely ground and packed in a 200g pouch. It is certified organic by the Soil Association.

Haritaki is one of the three fruits in the traditional Ayurvedic blend triphala, and has been used in Indian cooking and tradition for centuries. Stir a small amount into warm water or blend into a smoothie.
