This Rose Floral Water is not obtained from the usual rose plant that you grow in your gardens; instead, it is made out of Ayumi's environment control Damask Rose Flower which is the highly demanded type of rose flower which is mostly used in the making of skincare products. It is professionally extracted by the process of steam distillation of fresh petals of Damask Roses. In this process, the petals extract water by steaming that is extremely purified without any chemicals. That's why we can say our Rose Floral Water is pure and organic.
Besides rose water, Aqua Water is also mixed in our Rose Floral Water to ensure that the moisture stays within the pores for a longer period of time. With this property of Aqua water, you would notice that dryness lines and visibility of wrinkles are gone in no time. This means this Rose Floral Water will leave your skin plumpy and fresh.

We offer FREE Royal Mail Tracked delivery on all UK orders over £40.
Orders under £40 are charged £3.99 for Royal Mail Tracked delivery. There is no weight limit on UK deliveries.
Europe
Delivery is charged at £10 per kg and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Rest of the World
Delivery is charged at £15 per kg and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Brazil, Singapore, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Luxembourg, Spain or the Republic of Ireland.
Please note that we cannot send liquids over 100ml outside the UK.
As international deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services, we cannot guarantee delivery times once your order has left the UK.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 12:00pm (midday), Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are usually dispatched the same working day.
While we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, processing times may be slightly longer during particularly busy periods.
Returns
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us by email within 7 working days of receiving it. We will provide a returns label and, once the item has been received and inspected, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement.
If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, please contact us by email within 7 working days. We will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
We provide free returns only where we have made an error with your order or if your item has arrived damaged.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all returned items must be unopened and in full resaleable condition.
All agreed returns must be received by us within 14 days of the return being authorised for a refund or exchange to be processed.
