Massage: Apply liberally, our muscle essential oils use unique Aromatherapy blends to rejuvenate.
Bath: To use as a bath oil, add 20ml (2 capfuls) to running water, bathe and relax. Care should be taken as the bath surface can become slippery.
Shower: Our oils can be applied to the whole body after showering to wet skin as a rich moisturiser, with an uplifting, long lasting natural fragrance.
