Ayurvediq Wellness Organic Night Calm is an evening blend of organic ashwagandha, brahmi and nutmeg with organic magnesium from sea lettuce, in a pack of 60 vegan capsules.

Ashwagandha leads the blend, with brahmi and a small amount of nutmeg, as used in Ayurvedic tradition. Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Take in the evening, as directed on the pack.
