Sun-dried tomatoes blended with balsamic vinegar into a concentrated, sweet-sharp paste. A spoonful lifts a tomato sauce, a stew or a dressing considerably further than the quantity suggests. Belazu have been importing and blending Mediterranean and Middle Eastern ingredients since 1991, and supply a good number of restaurant kitchens as well as home ones. International deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed once your order has left the UK.
