Manuka honey is a rare honey variety produced from the nectar of New Zealand native Manuka bush.

Its unique flavour and healing properties make it a unique ingredient for cooking, baking, sweetening drinks, as well as for topical use.

Our honeys come from the remote, untouched central Canterbury region of New Zealand which is known for its pristine and diverse natural environment; the best conditions for gathering all-natural honey. The temperate climate and honeybee-friendly vegetation provide bees with a consistent and diverse source of nectar throughout the year, resulting in unique and flavourful honey varieties.

Dispatch times

For orders received before midday Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays) we aim to dispatch the same day. Please note this is not always possible and dispatch times do increase at busy times.
