A 320g jar of rendered duck fat, a little richer and more savoury than goose. Duck fat is what gives roast potatoes their glassy edges, and it is the traditional fat for confit, for sauteing greens and for finishing a hash. The high smoke point means it takes a hot oven without burning.

  • We cannot ship to: Brazil, Singapore, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Luxembourg, Spain or the Republic of Ireland
  • Liquids over 100ml cannot be shipped outside the UK

International deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed once your order has left the UK.
