Unrefined, unbleached whole cane sugar - the ingredient known elsewhere as panela or jaggery. Because nothing is stripped out it keeps a molasses depth and a faint smokiness that white sugar has had removed. Organic, 500g. Use it anywhere you would use brown sugar and expect more flavour.
