This is one ingredient and nothing else: calcium ascorbate, sold as loose crystals.

Calcium ascorbate is buffered vitamin C. Plain ascorbic acid is acidic, which some people find sharp on an empty stomach; buffering it with calcium neutralises that, at the cost of adding a little calcium to your intake. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to normal collagen formation and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Bio Health's directions are 1g, roughly a quarter teaspoon, dissolved in a glass of water daily.

Crystals are the cheapest way to buy vitamin C by weight, and they let you take whatever amount you want rather than being fixed to a tablet size. The trade-off is measuring it out.
