Runo Turmeric+ capsules provide 90mg of pure powdered fruit and pericarp, a member of the Ginger family of herbs often referred to as “CURCUMIN.” Research has been conducted on the potential clinical benefits of this extensively valued herb. The suggested dosage is three 540mg capsules daily, taken with water, warm milk, yogurt (or almond milk for vegans and vegetarians). The bioavailability of turmeric compounds can be further enhanced with the addition of black pepper (piperine).

 

CONSTITUENTS
Major constituents – curcuminoids, dicinnamoylmethane derivatives (curcumin) volatile oil, sequiterpenes, zingiberene, curcumol and turmerone. Vitamin and mineral in minute amounts.

PARTS USED: Rhizome (root like stem) and powdered fruit and pericarp.

1 capsule three times daily swallowed with water.
