Bio-Kult Migréa is an advanced multi-action formulation that has been formulated with magnesium and vitamin B6, both of which contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Research suggests that magnesium may help increase resilience to stress. Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin B6 also contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.

Directions for use*: Adults and children 12+: Take 1-2 capsules daily, with food. Children 4-11 years: Give 1 capsule daily, with food. Children under 4yrs: Bio-Kult Migréa is not suitable for children under 4 years. Do not exceed recommended daily intake. *Bio-Kult Migréa is suitable for use in pregnancy. However, if you are pregnant or planning a pregnancy, you are taking any medications or have any medical conditions, please consult your doctor before taking any nutritional food supplement. Excess / high doses of magnesium may cause mild stomach upset in some sensitive individuals. Long term intakes (>10mg/day) of vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Bio-Kult Migréa capsules can be swallowed whole or pulled apart and the contents sprinkled on to food or mixed in a drink. Storage: Store in a cool dry place – out of direct sunlight. Can be stored at room temperature. No need to refrigerate. Keep out of reach of children.
