Slippery Elm (Ulmus fulva Inner Bark Powder), Gamma Oryzanol (Oryza sativa Bran), Deglycyrrhizinated Liquorice Powder Extract (Glycyrrhiza glabra Root),

1 rounded 5ml teaspoon (approx. 2.7g) or as professionally directed, stirred directly into water, juice or blended into a smoothie.
Take daily, ideally before food.
Dose may be split: 1/2 teaspoon before breakfast and 1/2 before dinner.
