Biona Organic Blackstrap Molasses is the thick, dark syrup left after sugar cane juice has been boiled down and had most of its sugar extracted, giving an intensely rich, slightly bitter-sweet flavour. Use it in baking (gingerbread, dark breads), marinades and traditional tonics.

This 350g jar is certified organic and made from a single ingredient.

International deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed once your order has left the UK.
