Biona Coconut Palm Sugar 250g

Biona Coconut Palm Sugar is an unrefined sugar made from the sap of organic coconut palm flowers, with a caramel-like flavour and a lower glycaemic index than refined white sugar. Use it as a like-for-like swap for sugar in baking, drinks and Southeast Asian cooking.

This 250g pack is certified organic and minimally processed compared to standard white or brown sugar.
