Biona Coconut Palm Sugar is an unrefined sugar made from the sap of organic coconut palm flowers, with a caramel-like flavour and a lower glycaemic index than refined white sugar. Use it as a like-for-like swap for sugar in baking, drinks and Southeast Asian cooking.

This larger 500g pack is certified organic and suits regular users or bigger households.

  • We cannot ship to: Brazil, Singapore, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Luxembourg, Spain or the Republic of Ireland
  • Liquids over 100ml cannot be shipped outside the UK

International deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed once your order has left the UK.
