Biona Organic Amaranth Seed is a tiny ancient grain, naturally gluten-free, that can be cooked like a grain (simmered in water) or popped like popcorn for a crunchy topping. It's a good way to add variety to a wheat-heavy diet or to boost the protein and fibre content of meals.

This 500g pack is certified organic and made from a single ingredient.

International deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed once your order has left the UK.
