Biona Organic Rapadura (Sucanat) Sugar is whole cane sugar made by evaporating organic sugar cane juice without refining or separating out the molasses, giving a deeper flavour and darker colour than white or standard brown sugar. Use it as a swap for sugar in baking, drinks and general cooking.

This 500g pack is certified organic and minimally processed.
