Biona Organic Balsamic Vinegar is aged for a rounded, mellow sweetness balanced against a proper vinegar tang, made in the traditional Italian style. Use it in dressings, drizzled over tomatoes, roasted vegetables or cheese, or reduced down for a glaze-like finish on meat and vegetables.

This 500ml bottle is certified organic, giving a genuine balsamic flavour without artificial colourings or caramel sweeteners sometimes used in cheaper versions.
