Biona Organic Bulgur Wheat is parboiled, cracked wheat that cooks quickly (often just needing soaking in hot water) to a light, fluffy texture. Use it in tabbouleh, pilafs, salads or as a quicker alternative to rice.

International deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed once your order has left the UK.
