Biona Organic Cracked Linseed Gold is golden linseed (flaxseed) that's been cracked to make its nutrients more accessible than whole seeds, with a mild, nutty flavour. Sprinkle over porridge, yoghurt and salads, or stir into baking and smoothies.

This 500g pack is certified organic. Store in the fridge once opened, as cracked linseed is more prone to going rancid than whole seed.
