Biona Organic Creamed Coconut is a solid block of ground organic coconut with nothing else added, used to add rich coconut flavour and thickness to curries, soups and sauces. Grate or chop it straight into a hot pan, or dissolve in warm water to make your own coconut milk at whatever strength you need.
This 200g block is certified organic and made from a single ingredient.
Creamed coconut can be used to add richness and flavour to your favourite ethnic dishes. Creamed coconut is also suitable for use in desserts, cakes and as a substitute for coconut milk (simply dissolve 50g in 100ml or warm water).
