Biona Organic Flax Seed Oil is cold-pressed from organic flaxseed (linseed), giving an unrefined oil naturally rich in plant-based omega-3 (ALA) with a mild, nutty flavour. As with other cold-pressed seed oils, it's not suited to heating — drizzle it over salads, porridge or blended into smoothies instead.

This 250ml bottle is certified organic and made from a single ingredient. Keep refrigerated after opening and use within a few weeks, as flax oil is prone to going rancid once open.

International deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed once your order has left the UK.

Dispatch times
