Biona Organic Pumpernickel Bread is a very dense, dark rye bread made with wholegrain rye meal, sugar beet syrup and barley malt extract, giving the deep, slightly sweet flavour and near-black colour pumpernickel is known for. Slice thinly and serve with cheese, smoked fish or pickles in the traditional style.

This 500g loaf is certified organic. Contains rye, barley and gluten.
