Biona Organic Sauerkraut is white cabbage naturally fermented with sea salt and juniper berries in the traditional style, carrying Demeter biodynamic certification alongside organic status. Serve alongside sausages, cheese or rich foods to cut through them, or add to sandwiches and salads for a tangy, fermented crunch.

This generous 680g jar is unpasteurised, so the fermentation culture remains active.

  • We cannot ship to: Brazil, Singapore, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Luxembourg, Spain or the Republic of Ireland

International deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed once your order has left the UK.

Dispatch times
