Biona Organic Seitan in Ginger & Soy is wheat-based seitan (a traditional plant protein made from wheat gluten) pre-marinated in a ginger and soy sauce, ready to heat and serve. Stir-fry with vegetables and rice or noodles for a quick plant-based meal with a meaty texture.

This 350g pack is certified organic. Contains wheat and soya — not suitable for gluten-free diets.
