Black Cohosh 30ml

Black cohosh is a woodland plant of eastern North America, and this extract is made from the rhizome and rootlet.

The material is certified organic Actaea racemosa from the USA, grown in its natural forest habitat rather than in open cultivation, at an extraction rate of 140mg of herb per 0.7ml. The alcohol content is high, at 81 to 91 percent organic cane alcohol.

Habitat-grown means the plant is cultivated under forest canopy in conditions close to where it grows wild. Black cohosh has been heavily wild-harvested, so cultivated organic material is the more responsible source.

Shake well, then add one squeeze of the dropper bulb to water or juice, two to four times a day, between meals.

Cases of liver problems have been reported with black cohosh. Stop taking it and seek medical advice if you develop jaundice, dark urine or abdominal pain. Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or if you have a liver disorder.
