Natural Health Practice Black Cohosh Premium Support is a herbal blend for women over 45. Two capsules provide 100mg each of black cohosh, agnus castus, dong quai and red sage, 90mg milk thistle, 80mg each of hops and wild yam, 30mg magnesium and 20mg vitamin B6.

Take one capsule twice a day with food. Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Black cohosh has been linked to rare liver problems, so stop taking it and see your doctor if you notice signs such as yellowing skin, dark urine or tiredness. Speak to your doctor first if you take HRT or any medication.
