A black olive tapenade — olives, capers and olive oil blended coarse rather than smooth, so it keeps some texture. Spread on toast, stir through pasta, or serve alongside cheese and cold meats. Belazu have been importing and blending Mediterranean and Middle Eastern ingredients since 1991, and supply a good number of restaurant kitchens as well as home ones.
