This is the fuller formula in the Bladapure range, adding live cultures and minerals to the D-mannose.

Four capsules supply 2000mg of D-mannose, 160mg of organic inulin, 160mg of organic cranberry powder, 56.3mg of magnesium as citrate, 2mg of zinc as bisglycinate, and named Lactobacillus strains at a billion CFU each.

D-mannose is a simple sugar, and the 2000mg figure is the one to compare between brands, since it is the ingredient people buy these products for.

Bladapure's directions run in two modes: four capsules in the morning and four at bedtime for immediate use, or four at bedtime on an ongoing basis. At eight a day this pack lasts a week; at four, a fortnight.

That is a fast rate of use, so work out the cost per day rather than per pack before comparing it with a plain D-mannose powder.

The inulin and the live cultures are what separate this from the standard Bladapure, which is D-mannose alone.
