Blanxart 88% Colombia is a 75g bar of intense single-origin dark chocolate made with Colombian cocoa, produced in small roast batches in Barcelona.

An extended conching time gives it a surprisingly smooth texture for such a high cocoa content, with a bold, deep flavour and very little sweetness. Ideal for serious dark chocolate lovers.
