Blanxart Organic 85% Nicaragua Chocolate with Sea Salt is a 75g bar of organic single-origin dark chocolate from Nicaraguan cocoa, finished with a sprinkle of sea salt.

The salt brings out the deep, fruity cocoa notes and softens the bitterness of the high cocoa content. Made in small roast batches in Barcelona with an extended conching time for a smooth texture.
