Blanxart Organic 93% Congo Chocolate is a 75g bar of very dark organic single-origin chocolate made with cocoa from the Congo, with no added sugar and no chemical sweeteners.

It is Blanxart's most intense bar: bold, earthy and only faintly bitter thanks to long conching in Barcelona. Savour it slowly, a small piece at a time.
