Each tablet supplies 100mg of 5-HTP isolated from griffonia seed, with dicalcium phosphate and natural cellulose as bulking agents and silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate as anticaking agents. There is nothing else in it.

Brain Feed isolate the 5-HTP from the seed rather than synthesising it, which is the distinction their name for the product rests on.

Brain Feed's directions are to take one tablet with a meal, with a maximum of two per day.

At one a day, 120 tablets is four months, which is where this pack earns its price against the 30 and 60 sizes other brands sell.

Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and not for under-eighteens. If you are prescribed antidepressant medication, do not take 5-HTP without speaking to your doctor. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet.
