A Bramley apple sauce, traditionally served with roast pork. Bramleys collapse to a purée when cooked, which is why they are the cooking apple of choice. Also very good with herby sausages. Made with love and quality ingredients for you to create a special meal at home — real food, and time to enjoy it. Warm gently rather than boiling, which can split a cream or butter sauce. Refrigerate after opening.
