Patrick Holford CarboSlow Powder, as recommended by Patrick Holford, contains Konjac fibre, which naturally provides Glucomannan in a palatable orange flavoured powder.

Konjac Fibre (naturally providing 4.5g glucomannan) 5.63g

Konjac Fibre (Amorphophallus konjac Root) (naturally providing 90% glucomannan), Natural Orange Flavour.

One scoop (approx half a teaspoon) mixed into water and taken three times a day with food, or as professionally directed. Always take with plenty of water.
