CardiOat High Strength Oat Beta-Glucan Powder is a concentrated oat extract, more than 70% beta-glucan, the soluble fibre found in oats.

Each 4.5g serving provides over 3g of oat beta-glucan, about the same as three bowls of porridge.

Oat beta-glucan has been shown to lower blood cholesterol. High cholesterol is a risk factor in the development of coronary heart disease. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of oat beta-glucan, which one serving provides. Beta-glucans also contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels.

Sprinkle a serving over breakfast cereal or stir it into milk, a plant drink, fruit juice or a smoothie.

Made from a single ingredient, oat seed extract. Vegan and high in fibre.
