Chef & TV presenter Monica Galetti joins itsu & Yoshihiro to create restaurant-inspired noodles & broth, so you can eat well, whilst saving time.

Our hand-folded noodles are steamed, not fried & contain no additives. Absolutely no MSG, no stabilisers, emulsifiers, gums or phosphates.

Miso is admired by chefs all over the world for its delicious umami goodness. Yoshihiro blends his broths in Nagano, Japan where long life is linked to a healthy diet & miso is enjoyed for breakfast, lunch & dinner.

For a hearty meal, top noodles & broth with an egg, green leaves, fresh veg, cooked meat or prawns. Add a swirl of soy sauce, sesame oil or fresh chilli. Now with a spork!
