This is a grapefruit seed extract liquid formulated for children, in a glycerine base rather than alcohol.

It contains purified water, vegetable glycerin and grapefruit seed extract, with citric acid, gum arabic, steviol glycosides for sweetness and potassium sorbate as a preservative.

Sweetening with steviol glycosides rather than sugar is a deliberate choice for a children's liquid taken repeatedly, and the glycerine base means there is no alcohol.

Child Life set the amount by age: half a teaspoon three times daily for infants of six months to a year, one teaspoon three times daily for children of one to three, and more for older children.

Dosing by age rather than a single figure is worth following as written, and the bottle is supplied with a measure.

Grapefruit seed extract is the single active ingredient here rather than one of a dozen, so you can see exactly what your child is taking.
