Cured, air-dried beef with chilli, in a 30g single-serve pack. Air-dried rather than cooked, giving a firmer texture and deeper flavour than jerky, with the chilli building rather than hitting at once. High in protein and shelf-stable until opened. Air-drying concentrates the beef rather than cooking it, so a small pack goes further than the weight suggests.
