This combines two things usually bought separately: a concentrated fish oil and plant sterol esters, in one capsule.

The sterols are pine tree sterol esters, and the oil is supplied as concentrated fish oil ethyl esters. Lycopene is used as a natural colourant and non-GMO mixed tocopherols as the antioxidant, in a gelatin and glycerine shell.

Wiley's directions are two capsules daily with food, and up to eight daily under medical supervision. That upper figure is theirs, and the medical supervision part is not decoration.

Exact amounts of sterols and omega-3 are not declared on our listing, so if you are aiming at a specific daily intake, check the pack before buying.

The shell contains gelatin, so this is not suitable for vegetarians, and it contains fish.
