Clara Unscented Fabric Softener uses the power of plants to give your laundry
the super soft feel it deserves. Perfect to use by those who are sensitive to strong
scented products. Softens fabric, reduces static and makes ironing easier. 5
Litres provides 90 super soft washes. Our formula is certified Vegan by the
Vegan Society and we never test on animals. Free from petrochemicals, GMO
and allergens, and our packaging is recyclable. Use our handy refill
containers to refill your bottles.

<5% Cationic Surfactant, <5% Sugar Surfactant, Water

Use our refill container to top up your bottle. Washing: Standard Load (4-5kg),
Extra Soft – Use 1 ½ caps (55ml). Formulated for cold washes, set temperature
to 30 ̊C. Safe for use on all fabrics, always check the label. Caution: Concentrate
causes mild skin irritation. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with
water and seek medical advice if irritation persists. Keep out of reach of children

UK Delivery

We offer FREE Royal Mail Tracked delivery on all UK orders over £40.

Orders under £40 are charged £3.99 for Royal Mail Tracked delivery. There is no weight limit on UK deliveries.

Europe

Delivery is charged at £10 per kg and is calculated automatically at checkout.

Rest of the World

Delivery is charged at £15 per kg and is calculated automatically at checkout.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Brazil, Singapore, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Luxembourg, Spain or the Republic of Ireland.

Please note that we cannot send liquids over 100ml outside the UK.

As international deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services, we cannot guarantee delivery times once your order has left the UK.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 12:00pm (midday), Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are usually dispatched the same working day.

While we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, processing times may be slightly longer during particularly busy periods.

Returns

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us by email within 7 working days of receiving it. We will provide a returns label and, once the item has been received and inspected, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement.

If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, please contact us by email within 7 working days. We will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.

We provide free returns only where we have made an error with your order or if your item has arrived damaged.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all returned items must be unopened and in full resaleable condition.

All agreed returns must be received by us within 14 days of the return being authorised for a refund or exchange to be processed.
