Partially Hydrolysed Protein from Spent Barley and Rice (87%), Natural Lemon Flavouring, Natural Lime Flavouring, Acid (Citric Acid), Flavouring, Sweetener (Sucralose).

Mix 24g (approx. 2 1/2 scoops) with 350ml of cold water. After shaking, wait about 15 seconds for the natural foaming to settle. Powder settles over time, we recommend weighing for the most accurate measure.
