Clearspring Japanese Arame is a mild, slightly sweet seaweed, finer and gentler in flavour than hijiki, traditionally simmered with soy sauce, mirin and vegetables. Soak briefly to rehydrate before cooking.

This 30g pack is dried for a long shelf life.
