Clearspring Japanese Rice Mirin is a traditional sweet rice seasoning used in Japanese cooking to add sweetness, shine and depth to teriyaki, glazes, dressings and simmered dishes. Made from water, rice, cultured rice and salt.

This 150ml bottle is a fundamental ingredient for authentic Japanese cooking.

Ingredients: Water, rice (35%), cultured rice, salt.

 
Mirin has the unique ability to coax out and accentuate the natural flavours of foods. Mirin's mild sweetness balances soya sauce and is used to enhance sweet as well as savoury sauces, vinaigrettes, marinades and seafood dishes.
